Jetour Dashing Dealer Quotes: Scope and Buying Checklist

A comparable offer needs more than a headline amount. Define the vehicle and the expected preparation, then ask the supplier to make the delivery boundary clear.

01

Identify the proposal before comparing amounts

Ask whether the quotation concerns an identified candidate or a sourcing enquiry awaiting a suitable car. State the original version or accepted alternatives, condition preference, quantity and destination. Use the model guide to resolve ambiguous names. A general indication should not be presented to the customer as confirmed stock, a reservation or an agreed set of purchase terms.

02

Separate vehicle condition and preparation

Request a description of the starting condition and the work included before handover. Servicing, cosmetic attention, accessories or inspection may differ between offers. Review the new and used buying routes to choose appropriate questions. Without those distinctions, a dealer can mistake a lower starting amount for a better offer even though the customer would receive a different condition or preparation scope.

03

Clarify where the delivery commitment ends

Ask for the proposed handover point and an explanation of included and excluded activities. Keep currency, quotation validity and relevant timing assumptions explicit. Confirm destination-related requirements and charges with the appropriate providers for the actual route. A vehicle amount alone should not be described as a complete landed cost, and a general transport discussion should not become a promise of eligibility or arrival timing.

04

Manage batch differences and substitutions

If several Dashing vehicles are requested, ask for an individual list of versions, condition information and exceptions. A batch heading should not conceal meaningful differences. State any requirement that applies to every unit and ask how it will be verified. A substitute needs an updated description and acceptance; a supplier’s statement that the replacement is similar does not settle the customer’s requirements.

05

Resolve material questions before acceptance

Keep inspection, equipment, support and document questions visible until the relevant evidence or agreement is available. Ask for an updated proposal if a detail changes. The handover guide explains how the accepted record follows the car to release. A useful quotation discussion gives the buyer enough detail to assess the offer without inventing a certainty that the available information does not support.

06

A practical dealer request

Compare offers using separate fields for the vehicle, preparation, supplied items and delivery boundary. Under each proposal, list what is still provisional. This helps the dealer recognise an information gap without assuming an excluded item is included.

If the customer switches from an earlier used vehicle to a 2026 new version, refresh the description and commercial scope together. Keeping an old preparation list or amount beside a new model name can create an offer that no party actually intended.
